Return Policy

We understand that sometimes your dream item doesn’t turn out to be your favorite in person. For many reasons: Does not fit, the color doesn’t match, not what you thought it would be! With the exception of jewelry, and clearance/ sale items all unworn/ undamaged items are eligible for a return. 

We have an easy return process!

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to let us know of any issues or dislikes. All jewelry is final sale. 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@saigeandrose.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You have 3 business days to send your items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All refunds will be processed on store credit. 

If an item was purchased with a gift card or store credit. The sale is considered final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like such as jewelry, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your provided store credit.

 

Refunds
Our company does not provide cash, card or paypal refunds. Store credit only.

You must notify our company within 7 days of receiving your order. We will email you a return label and you have 3 days to ship it back in its original UNWORN condition. Once we receive your items back, we will provide you with store credit for the items amount minus shipping. Shipping is non refundable.
